| Day 1 | Our variety-packed adventure begins with a day of biking on Molokai, Hawaii's "Friendly Island." With its breathtaking mountainous scenery and ocean views, we enjoy the perfect welcome to this tropical paradise! |
| Day 2 | Come morning, we're ready for the excitement of sea kayaking the secret shores of Kaunakakai. As we paddle along this spectacular remote coastline, watch for green sea turtles, humpback whales, flying fish, spinning dolphins, and the rare and endangered monk seal. |
| Day 3 | Molokai's lush north shore provides the setting for today's ride, the Naiwa Trail, one of the most stunning trails in all of Hawaii. Our destination is set above the world's highest sea cliffs extending 2000 feet above the ocean surf. A quick flight this afternoon takes us to Lihue and the "Garden Isle" of Kauai. |
| Day 4 | Leaving the coast behind, we head to the Koke'e Mountains for a day of hiking through forests of native Koa and Ohia on the rim of the "Grand Canyon of the Pacific," Waimea Canyon. |
| Day 5 | This morning, we head to the reef-shrouded Kee Beach to begin our hike along the Na Pali Coast. This ancient Hawaiian trail to Kalalau Valley is one of the premier trails on Kauai. Sharp sea cliffs rise thousands of feet from the ocean and silver waterfalls stream along their windswept surfaces. |
| Day 6 | We'll mountain bike to the crest of the Kualapa Ridge where we'll find exceptional views of the tropical vegetation, windswept cliffs, the Kilohana Crater and Makaleha Mountains. |
| Day 7 | For our final day, we'll jaunt to the summit of Nonou Mountain. From our lofty destination we are rewarded with a breathtaking 360-degree vista of Kauai, stretching from its deep blue waters to its 5,200 foot Mt. Waialeale. This vista point truly transcends prose with beauty. Our hiking adventure ends in Lihue. |
